Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier. • Ice packs don’t do any job in preserving the temperature inside the parcel. It gets warm after a few hours, hence it is not effective for long-distance shipments.
• According to the Semax drug insert, the drug is to be stored below 10 degrees Celsius (50 F) for a period of two years. And an open bottle of Semax can be stored for 1 month under 30 degrees Celsius (86 F), which implies that only high temperatures are detrimental for the product integrity. The producer of Semax states that it is safe to travel with and does not need to be refrigerated once opened. The same goes for Selank.
• We regularly replenish our US stock with fresh batches of Selank and Semax. Besides, the solution contains 0.1% methylparaben, which acts as a preservative. The vials are sterile and sealed, and the drug is produced according to GMP standards, which is likely to increase the storage life, too.
• However, if you are concerned with the product integrity, we strongly advise that you choose an express delivery when ordering Semax/Selank/Visomitin from the US warehouse to your location.

Generally, nootropics are not considered prescription drugs under the US law. Therefore, their import is not regulated.

Following circumstances under which FDA allows import of medication:

Bromantane has been discontinued and will not be available in the nearest future. We have contacted Pharmstandard, the manufacturer of Bromantane, and they informed us that the drug had been discontinued because its registration had expired. We are not sure if this is the only reason, since Ladasten was not a popular product comparing to Noopept and other drugs produced by the company. A representative of Pharmstandard also stated that they might start to produce Ladasten again at a new factory and with a new registration.However, this process is long, and therefore it remains unclear.
